Dan grew up in Washington state working in his father’s construction company. He has spent the last 25 years as an executive in Commercial heavy equipment rental space. Denise is a former high school teacher that grew up in New York City in a Caribbean/ Hispanic family. She is a graduate of Virginia State University and has several advanced degrees.
